Hi lovestofish, day 10 was hard for me and week 10 was the worst. But I drank lots of water, that helped for me. You can do anything what makes you feel good. Try to do things that you like and walk if you have the time. Do anything but don't smoke!! remember this: You're one puff away from a pack a day. Post here and there is always help for you. You're doing great.!! Hello loves2fish Day 10 was really hard for me too. I dont know why, but it was, but it does get better. I know it can be frustrating, after all you have got through the first week right? But stick with it, and you will find that it certainly DOES get better. Tomorrow is another day has become my saying, and most times tomorrow IS better, I dont know whether it is that tomorrow is really better - or that I am just chuffed that i didnt cave in and smoke the day before - but tomorrow ALWAYS feels better! Hi lovestofish, Well, what can I say. We all have felt what you are feeling. But, you have to decide not to smoke; inspite of the way that you feel. Some days you will feel better than others. Some days the cravings will be worse than others. Take it one day at a time and be thankful that you are not smoking any longer. Freedom is just around the bend. You are doing great with 10 days smoke free! Try and concentrate on the positiveness of what you are doing. When the craves come, distract yourself; post here, read a book, or do some work that needs to be done. You can do this. loves, It wouldn't win, you won't let it! Keep yourself occupied and really distracted. Yes it will pass but you can't dwell on it. Let us guide you through :) Keep Strong, Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
