Look at all you non-smoking Bugs! My count is 17 so far on June list with 3 honorary from May. Not a bad group.
I know that this is a hard time in your quit. Several of you are finnishing your 2nd week and getting ready to start into a dangerous time. The third week for most of you will be somewhat confusing. Its easier, but boring.. yes I said boring. You no longer have to focus so hard on the lack of nicotine, and you haven't replaced the smoking with any new activities. So start to give it some thought of what to do during those times of boredom. The snacking and mouth hunger continues so maybe you should start on some short, non-threatening exercise routine. 5-10 minutes at a time several times a day will not only keep you busy, but will help burn off those extra calories from food and sitting at the computer.
Don't forget to get a reward for yourself! You have earned them and you need to keep yourself pumped up. Try a bubble bath, new candles, special lotion...there are thousands of little things. As you make it through each week try a new one. This is the time to treat yourselves. You are special, You are doing one of the hardest things that you will ever try. You don't need to impress anyone, all you need to do is get through. Keep on keeping on.
