If you're sure that it will happen again, then it will. Tell yourself "NO IT WON'T!!!!!!!" and it won't. Don't let yourself got there. Don't give yourself the excuse. If you believe that you will fail, then you will. As for the second part of that sentence...

but i will go staight back to quitin till i get it conquered

That's a good attitude to have, but wouldn't it be better to not put yourself through the hell of constant withdrawals?!?! To me, Hell Week was bad enough the fist time (actually, the first 30+ times). I don't EVER want to have to do it again, and I'm sure you don't either! You had 23 days of not smoking. Why throw that away for a few cigarettes that are going to kill you?

Why does there have to be a next time? Why do you insist that you're going to put yourself through this again and again and again? We all loved smoking... I don't know a single smoker who doesn't or didn't enjoy smoking. We liked it because it made us feel normal... we were addicts who were calming the junkie inside of us all. It's not that we REALLY liked smoking... we liked not withdrawing. But after the initial withdrawal phase is over, the freedom from quitting is amazing.
I think more important than the fact that you smoked 60 cigarettes is your attitude towards smoking. As long as you believe that you WILL smoke again and that you love smoking and that you don't know why you quit, the I think you are just putting yourself through constant withdrawal hell. Do some soul searching and figure out if you really, truly do want to quit... that is, if you want to quit more than you want to smoke. THAT is the key! So, until you have figured out whether or not you really want to quit, then you are just torturing yourself. When you are finally ready to say "THAT'S IT! I'M DONE AND I'M NEVER SMOKING AGAIN!!!" then, you will be ready to quit. Until then, you're just fooling yourself. I hope you come to that point soon.
Crave the Quit!
Pam
