Congrats for taking that step, FQ! It takes great courage to do the quit, and to admit you need some help, too. I think this site is absolutely THE BOMB! You can always find someone here who knows something about whatever you are experiencing. I think you are doing the right thing, getting an appt. I work in psych, and so often people think " I should just pull myself together" when in reality, depression is a physical chemical imbalance, and guess what smoking does? Gives you some of those chemicals. A lot of people discover smoking was masking the depression. Amazing, what you learn here.... Congrats for your now 33 days of smobriety, too!
