Never give up giving up fen. that is what is important. I did quit LOADS of times from last Sept, I know that this will be my last quit.
I needed to do that though - I got REALLY tired of going back to day one. I got REALLY tired of then smoking for another few weeks (and sometimes months) before I quit again. I REALLY noticed the difference in how much money i burned..
Keep going and stick with us!

Good to hear from you! I guess you would be on day 2 now, if you have done Wednesday and Thursday?
Pleased to hear that you are back on the quit.
