New to the program.....

Welcome to the site. By working through the program to test it out, I had memory flashes and revelations of things I'd forgotten, things that influenced my thinking over the years in both negative and positive ways. So it's entirely possible that the program may help in that regard. If you work at it slowly and carefully, I'm confident it can help you move forward. Sometimes we question what we've been taught, other times we just let past things go. Each person progresses differently. Nice to have you in the group. :)

I've just joined the program and have read session 1. I've gotten the impression that this program will teach me how to face and control my panic attacks.....but will it help me get to he root cause? My panic attacks started about 8 months ago but I've always had a lot of anxiety. I can remember these feelings as far back as age 5. Is the cause as important as the 'control of'? Since the initial attacks 8 months ago I've continuously put myself back in the situations where the attacks have happened as a way to not let it control me.........sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I think your program will be very useful because now I can go about it the correct way with a better understanding of what I'm trying to accomplish. (I want my confidence back) Thanks for any thoughts you might have...
