Thanks for the great advice. I have to admit, I did not think it would be this difficult.

I have to agree with TT. Take all the rest you can. I am half way through the first week and I have to say I've never been so tired in all my life. I just got up from a nap to make supper. I'll probably go to bed early too. Just hang in there and be good to yourself. Yes I did too feeling weak and sleepy during the first two weeks. Drink more juice (I normally drink orange juice) and take lots of rest if you can. I believe when you stop smoking, your blood sugar level drops and that causing weaknesses on your body. Off course you will get back to normal physically soon, but it may take 2 or more weeks to recover. Keep listening to your body. If you feel weak for several hours or days then you want to consult your primary doctor. Hope you feel better soon. -TT My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/27/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 18 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 93 Amount Saved: $36 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 18 Mins: 25 Seconds: 27

Errodr, I forgot to mention that do not skip meal -- you might want to divide your meals evenly throughout the day. Again, take lots of rest if you can. -TT

errodr you know everyone goes through different things, are you tired? I know I felt week for a bit when I first quit. If it continues you might want to talk to a healthcare specialist.
