Love this topic.
With each and every day it gets easier and easier. Stay focussed and never forget the reasons why you are quitting.
So many of us come before you, we are proof. :)

I just love this thread stickin thanks! It may have been running for a year now but it is always valid.
It is so uplifting for me to see so much positivity amongst my friends here. It is such a joy to see so many people beating this addiction with fun and laughter.
To any new quitter looking in, there are two ways of doing this, positively with joy or negatively with misery. You choose but it really is a no-brainer!!!
Oh, and by the way, it is a choice!!
Good Luck!!! :) :) :) :) :)
