Great post, Pen.
If we walk through life and into the Quit with a positive attitude, it will bring the Light into our Quit process... That doesn't mean we won't face some challenges. What it means is that those challenges will find their way to a calmer, more peaceful place.
If we walk with a negative attitude, and see the world as something that's against us or challenging us - it will bring the same energy into our Quit.
Make YOUR Quit what you want it to be - in other words, we have amazing power... Own YOUR power and bring to the Quit process all of your coping skills and reach out for support when you need it.
Walking in the Light :)
