That sounds like a lot of exercise!!!
My schedule was like this last week:
Saturday 6 miles walking
Sunday 40 laps at the pool (1 hr swimming)
Monday 40 laps at the pool
Tuesday 1 hr belly dancing class
Wednesday 45 minutes ski simulator
I have remained on WW and yesterday, I lost a pound. This still means that I have gained 5 pounds since I quit smoking, but at least it is going down again.
I will keep working out. I am glad you are doing well, Dani.
