Golly-I am so proud of you. Like the others have said, you seem to be a strong woman who knows what she wants. I am on the patch and Wellbutrin. I noticed a bit of indigestion at first, but I think it was what I was eating. To stave off the craves, I was eating a lot of fresh veggies-carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery. I think maybe a lot of people change their eating habits when they quit. I know I was getting enough fiber in my diet to #$&% a cardboard shoe box! There are some over-the-counter meds that you can take before you eat. But like they said, if it keeps up you might want to talk to your Dr. Oh yeah, also try more frequent smaller meals instead of 3 big meals a day. I'm glad you decided to join us in your quit!
