Shaila, You can also try adding small amounts of chocolate to your healthy alternatives. Ex: A bowl of fresh summer fruits with a little chocolate drizzled over top. To decrease your fat intake from chocolate, try pure chocolate instead of milk chocolate. Pure chocolate also has more cocoa which is good for your body, in moderation. ;) Danielle _________________________ The SSC Support Team

Substitue all things chocolate with all things fruit. You are simply craving all things sugar.. It is a known fact that by smoking a cigarette we triggered our body to release sugar reserves into our system, you don't smoke anymore so you aint getting any of these reserves - hence youwill get light headednes & the obious lack of concentration. Drink heaps of orange juice to up you bodies sugar reserves. When we stop smoking our bodies have to re-learn how to adjust these natural occuring sugar levels agin. Shaila, it's quite important that you not binge. You are on Day 1 and that is great but on Day 4, are you going to eat YET another whole chocolate cake? lol It's okay to eat. In fact it's vital that you keep your blood sugar up as kiwi said. But better to eat healthy things...yogurt, cheese, fruit, crackers, etc. Rusty :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/13/2004 Smoke-Free Days: 611 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 17,115 Amount Saved: $2138.5 Life Gained: Days: 84 Hrs: 1 Mins: 59 Seconds: 24
