Hi cassy -
This addiction is very powerful... take it one day at a time, one moment at a time.
How long did you smoke? Your mind, body and spirit became a part of this addiction, and it will take time and patience (and as much focus as you can muster) to fight and keep fighting. And at the end of this fight, is freedom, and a new life.
Be patient and kind with yourself, cassy - this Quit journey is amazing and it's frustrating and it's powerful all at the same time. We are all healing from addiction hell, it takes time...
You are doing great- just keep doing it.
We have a new group - if you need support and want to join us, I am on the SSC messenger most evenings, or/and you can IM cobenfan :)
Blessings and Light-
Healer
