Not to change the subject, how long have you been taking Wellbutrin? I also am taking it, it's been about 2 weeks. Are you having trouble sleeping? Just wondering?? Is, It is time to see your doctor. I finally did last week about my depression. I am now on Wellbutrin. It truely has helped. I feel better day by day. Please, it is a dark place. And the more you wait, the further you go. And the further you go, the harder it is to get out. Make an appointment with your doctor. ;) 4my2girls My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 212 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,388 Amount Saved: $693.24 Life Gained: Days: 17 Hrs: 3 Mins: 13 Seconds: 15

Keep holding on. 85 days is huge. I hope you can find something that helps with the depression. Just remember that smoking won't. Best wishes August

Is, Take the time to check with your doctor. Smoking has a habit of masking problems and when you quit they become more noticeable. You can also take our Depression Test at www.depressioncenter.net You can take a copy to your doctor to better help assess the situation for you both. Is, Thanks for sharing. Keep a journal for awhile and make sure you write down what and where you have these craves. This may pinpoint certain triggers and why you are having problems. Take the time to look around and use the knowledge to help you through. We are always here for assistance. Keep Strong, Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
