3rd time lucky for some! But hey, I'm on my 4th attempt, but everyones different!
I think the most crucial thing that I've learnt from my previous quits is that you cannot start thinking about having just a few puffs, or 1 or 2 ciggies.
Each time I've done that, I've ended up smoking more than before I quit. Never again.
These thoughts seemed to occur to me between the 2 - 4 week mark. That's where I seem to struggle.
