Bringing forward for good measure with a couple of thoughts:
1. Be proud -- be VERY proud! Even if you are having a bumpy day now and then, you are doing one of the best things you could ever do for yourself, those around you and the environment we live in. You are cleaning up your act and it will affect every area of your life.
2. Be strong -- be VERY strong! Yes, you might feel crappy on some days, but on some days you don't. Don't focus on the crappiness and ickiness. Focus on the strength you are building for every cigarette you don't smoke.
3. Be smart -- be VERY smart! If you have a question, ask. Read, learn, look around. Know that you --the REAL you, not the junkie you -- have the knowledge you need to get through this. Don't use your fear to make decisions. Understand that only you can do this for yourself, but you have within you what it takes.
It's getting better all the time!
Rusty :)
