CBT

http://www.paniccenter.net/about/how/therapy.cfm This is the information on our site about it at the moment, Beth. You can speak to a therapist about this, and as well, there are new books out about it. What's great about it, in my opinion, is that you would participate in planning the therapy and working it through. Search our site out. We are working on bringing you more information on this very soon. -- Anne-Marie, Site Administrator

Hi, I'm assuming that "CBT" stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy? I was wondering whether someone would be able to provide more details on this type of therapy. Is this the most successful kind of treatment for panic disorders? What's involved? What are the specific goals? What are the results? Does it work? Where do I sign up? :quest:
