I missed this thread. You are doing so well with your quit cuddles, and an inspiration to me! Just tell yourself that today is a bad day, tomorrow will be better - and actually it nearly always is. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/12/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 21 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 544 Amount Saved: 157.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 22 Mins: 2 Seconds: 32

Wow cuddles, you have gained an entire week on your life!! Just think what you can do with that week. Yes, don't smoke, but also think of the positive. You are such a great example for us too!! Hello Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit...... and that desire will get less and less!! 72 days and nearly 1,500 cigs not smoked! That's too big a quit to give up! You can see this through and in doing so you will become stronger. And thanks for what you do here! take care Mr Ed :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 140 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,211 Amount Saved: 1050 Life Gained: Days: 23 Hrs: 9 Mins: 49 Seconds: 45

I know what you mean! We had gone to the pool and this couple was chain smoking. The smell was making me gag and I wanted to run and toss my tummy out. At first, I thought I wanted one b/c I saw it but as soon as I smelled it, I changed my mind!
