Lashes, Totally normal, you've associated relaxing with smoking. You need to implement a new routine when trying to relax. Ex: nice cup of coffee, a fruity cocktail.. whatever you choose. Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

I have felt that way before. It is strange sometimes when the urge kicks in! lashes, We all smoked through good times and bad... therefore, we crave during good times and bad. Try to focus on the positive. You've had a really great day... everything went right. It sounds like you had fun with your sister and boyfriend... so focus on that fun. Try to forget the cigarette... it does nothing for you except make you stink, steal your money and kill you! I'm glad you had the sense to come here and post first. Good plan! Now, go back to having fun WITHOUT cigs. :) Crave the Quit!
