DEAR loves2fish I remember this in my first week!! IT WILL PASS--just be careful when standing up etc :) Remeber when you started smoke at very first?? >>>> dizzy??? yes.. Now its the opposite.. your brain is receving more oxygen, maybe you breathe heavily when craving?? carbon monoxide is leaving you body.. Just remember to take extra care when doing things, it will pass--i promise.. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/6/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 20 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 898 Amount Saved: $318 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 20 Mins: 14 Seconds: 32

I also had occasional dizzyness, it will pass. Drink lots of water or decaf drinks. Great job on your quit, keep up the great effort and you will conquer. It's normal, loves2fish. And it passes. In the meantime, just think of it as a healing process (which it is). Congratulations on 10 smoke-free days. You're doing great! :) Shevie My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/23/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 402 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,041 Amount Saved: $1527.6 Life Gained: Days: 74 Hrs: 22 Mins: 54 Seconds: 3
