Don't Turn Back - Turn Away

Remember that a smoke is only a temporary fix if that. The point is the cig burns up and then you want another one and another one and... Then back to square. I know of an acquaintance who quit for 7 months. During those seven months he told me that he had a few slips. Well three months later he is a full time smoker once again. Stay with your quit. You come this far and its just got to get easier. Find something else to relieve stress. Forget thinking about smoking. Find something else to think about.

Way to go Stickin, relieve stress with exercise, or even just a walk or hit a pillow, here's one throw eggs in the bathtub. Not so bad to clean after you feel better . :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 92 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,388 Amount Saved: $368 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 5 Mins: 0 Seconds: 29

Throw eggs in the bathtub???!!!! Might as well plug the drain and contact Lilly about how to make that clotted cream! I'm sure it takes lots of eggs! Let us know when you're done and I'll buy straws for all---we'll just drink straight from the tub! :) That's a first....I think I'll try it...only I think I'll throw eggs at my teenagers!
