Greg, it will take some time but those triggers will go away. Each time you eat a meal and don't smoke, or each time you start a project and don't smoke, will send a message to the brain not to connect the two. After just a few times, you'll find that that impulse has stopped for that trigger. Just hang in there and take one step, one minute and one day at a time.
