Sweet Mookie,
I'm sorry you feel this bad but there is good news. All this bad feelings will pass. What helped me a lot was that I discovered that I was still THINKING as a smoker. That is what makes you feel so bad. Try to see people who smoke as they really are. They look stupid with that ciggy hanging out of there mouth. Big clouds of smoke coming out. You are NOT one of them anymore, you are a non-smoker. When I stopped I had so much time, I cleaned my whole house and when I wanted to take a break I said to myself: Normally I would have taken a cigaret right now, but I am a non-smoker, so I take a glass of water. It's ok to think about a cigaret, but think how great it is that you don't have to take them anymore. I work at a gasstation and I sell cigarets all day long. That not hard though, I just love the thought that I don't have to smoke them. The smokers you see smoking, are jealous at you because you haven't smoked in 23 days. Isn't that fantastic??? Anyway, I hope this helps you a little. Keep up the good work, be proud at yourself, you deserve that!!
Hugs Fini :)
