Hey Bogbot, Please don't go and buy ciggies.. The way you are feeling is perfectly normal for HELL week.. That's why it is called Hell week... You are doing great having 4 days under your belt... Do you really want to put yourself through those 4 days again just for the sake of having a smoke on a bad day??? It's not worth it.... Pleas post and let us know you are ok... Krissie

Jan Don't you dare! Buy old china from your local thrift shop, and when the need arises, smash them up, works for me. Big hammer, or just smash them on the floor with conviction. Hang in there! HEYYYYY NO STOPPPPPPP!!! Sit down and think. I found day 4 hard because my head was having a tantrum, the nicotine had left my body.. and it was having a paddy. You are in hell week it isnt meant to be easy. What are your reasons for quitting? Go back through them Go back to coping mechanisms from day one.. Deep breath IN Deep breath OUT do this ten times, remember to hold for five seconds before exhaling.. slowly... now are you relaxing Ok now focus, why are you quitting ? By now the craving should have gone. Hey Bogbott. Glad you held strong and what's wrong with pink hair?? Do not give in. Make N.O.P.E. signs and put them everywhere. In the bathroom, in your car, next to your bed, everywhere. When you see one of them, shout the word nope with conviction. Everytime you think about quitting, shout NOPE !! Best of luck to you, it will be hard, but I know you have the strength to overcome. Stay strong - stay quit. Do not let Nicodemon take control over you. Kick his arse. Step up and be strong. Nicodemon is not as tough as he'd like you to think he is. Start talking down to him and watch how fast he tucks his head between his legs and runs. Nicodemon has nothing on a dynamic quitter. Be dynamic Bogbott ... I know you have it in you. Tell that ol' Nicodemon where to go! Sending strength your way. Forget about it!! you'll just be thinking about quitting at some other stage down the track again and you know how long it takes to get started. Everyday under your belt is a tiny knotch up the ladder. Go and have a bath or shower and relax....u can do this, then maybe get an early night. You'll wake up feeling better tomorrow. dont give in!!
