it started moving....

Thank God..after 1+ month...the metabolism is moving. I changed a little more my nutrition habits. For one week i pushed myself to have breakfast(i wasn't having daily). I just kept eating protein (for lunch)with salads...and for dinner milk/yogurt/toast/or protein again if i was too hungry. less quantity than before but all the necessary. For one week, when i was going out,i prefered drinking a soda, than a glass of wine or a drink or whatever. But nothing more during the day.If i was hungry i would eat an apple..nothing more. And working out as usual...and it moved..maybe it was the time to move..but it moved..and Saturday morning,i woke up and i felt lighter... Thank God. For all of you that it's not moving.Hang in there.. It will start again..sooner or later. I'm feeling better anyway. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/23/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 47 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 471 Amount Saved: 141 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 8 Mins: 32 Seconds: 39

Thats great Kate! Mine's not moving yet, but I'm eating a lot more than you are. Gotta work on that :) Andrea My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 124 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,486 Amount Saved: $589 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 10 Mins: 56 Seconds: 24

Kate, Great work! We often advice members that things will not happen overnight and perseverance is the key :) Glad you are doing well, and keep up the great work! Keep Strong, Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
