What kind of bread are you eating??!!! My bread is 45 cal a slice. ... I'm just giving you a hard time. I love chocolate. When I am having a chocolate crave ... I eat a sugar free chocolate pudding. They are 60 calories & super yummy. I'm serious! Stop laughing! :) If you have a small bar (35 grams) of very good, very dark chocolate (I'm talking European/Lindt/that sort of thing) it is only 180 calories. That's less than the calories in 2 slices of bread and because it is such good quality a little bit goes a long way. Sure stops my chocolate cravings fast. PLUS proper chocolate is full of antioxidants and bioflavinoids (or some such things) and we're here to get healthier aren't we? Quality beats quantity. lol alison :p Kick the Herb to the Kerb My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/16/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 29 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 898 Amount Saved: $362.5 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 5 Mins: 47 Seconds: 43

Chickstarr! It is so funny you posted that. I have become a Dark Chocolate fanatic since I joined Weight Watchers and Waist Watchers. It is a great way to get your chocolate craving satisfied, it is not a lot of calories, it contains dietary fiber, and it is healthy for you. :) Mira My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/15/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 31 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 627 Amount Saved: $108.5 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 10 Mins: 2 Seconds: 40
