You are now in the grip of the junky......What this addiction is doing is assuring you that it's just no use at this point....just give up and smoke....relax, set another date...there's plenty of time to quit...this is lies!! if you totally relapse, you stand the chance of never beginning another quit.....and the difficulty is there no matter WHEN you make the move to quit. There are no good times, no times when it is gonna go better, no times when there won't be cravings......I don't care how prepared you try to make yourself it ultimately boils down to how committed and determined you are.....you have to want to NOT smoke more than you want to light up.
as I said previously, you haven't lost all....yet.....so destroy those smokes (why were they within reach to begin with?) You already know after 20 some days that a craving will pass...whether you feed it or not! Buck up now....say NO! get your patch on! Realize that you have given the demon a taste and he is now gonna scream like hell for more. There is NO bargaining with this addiction.....it has to be NO all the way!
