The day is winding down and the hours are passing. Right now they may seem like they are crawling, but they are going by. Sit yourself down with a nice cup of tea or hot chocolate. spend some time painting your toe nails. Take some deep breaths and relax, then when you are relaxed, stand up and shake off this sadness. This does not last forever. One day the fight will be easier and you will be glad that you hung in there. Your loosing an old friend (who really isn't a friend), but there is a loss and you are starting to deal with it. One day, one hour, one minute at a time. And before you know it....a smile will return. Just like the sunshines after a storm. For anyone who wants real-time support or just to talk, from now on I'm going to have the SSC Instant Messenger open anytime I'm on the computer. If I don't answer right away, it won't be long. Oh, and I probably don't have to remind anyone that... NASCAR FAN ROCKS!!! So do you, and you, and you, and you...and..you...and... :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/16/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 8 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 71 Amount Saved: $81.2 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 5 Mins: 45 Seconds: 36
