hi nascar fan. just wanted to say "hang in there!" if i can do it, you can too! i appreciate the response today. it's awesome to know that i am not alone. maybe we can really use this to our advantage. i will be going back to work tomorrow and that is a 9a-6p job, but as soon as i get home, you can bet i'll be on here at least once a day if not more! just write every day if you can whether it's on here or in a journal. i've learned that clearing my mind by writing has calmed my nerves a lot! it's tough not smoking, but i sure am breathing better already! i'm sure you are too! keep up the good work and don't let your nerves take over. remember to stay calm and breathe. jane ;)

I know what you mean! I too feel those frustrations. They piss me off. So what to do with them ... Don't laugh at this suggestion ... ok ... actually do laught ... it helps! Sometimes laughing at the craziness of it all is the only thing that keeps my sanity!
