Alexa, do you have a trainer and/or a nutritionist working with you on your work out or weight loss program? The reason I ask is because if you only have 800 calories a day, while yes you will loose weight, you will loose not only fat, but lean muscle mass as well ... which is not really a healthy thing.
Most programs will have you eat a minimum of 1200 a day. Reason being you don't want to eat so little that your metabolism slows down and also you want to consume enough protein to heal your muscles from the weight/resistance training.
