On day 8 and I still can't sleep

Thank you everyone! *I'm going to the store to get some. Today I actually ventured off and stared at a man smoking a cigarette. I hope he didn't think I was checking him out! hahaha Slightly wished that I could go bum one from him and then the thought that I would throw away 8 days of hard work made me ill! T. I'm not sleeping at night, still, and this morning I was passed out on the couch and my 2 yr. old got up and made a mess out of 2 different rooms in the house. My fault COMPLETELY, he really could have gotten hurt, I can't imagine that happening. It really scared me. What am I going to do? T. I am going to try that Healerwithin. I do not get sleep hangovers from prescriptions, but I do get it from Tylenol PM sometimes. And I would rather not get a sleep hangover or a script if I don't have to. About how much does it cost? Ugh, that sucks! I haven't had a problem yet but I am on about 3 pieces of 2mg gum day so I still have small amounts of nic going into my blood! I hope this passes for you! I would try tylenol PM, it may help! Hang tight T, it'll get better! Hi Breaking Free - Well you can find melatonin everywhere... so the cost would probably depend on where you're buying it. I think the last bottle I bought was at Walgreens and I am guessing I probably paid around $6.99-8.99 a bottle. Sometimes it's on sale, so look around and you can probably find it online for a good price + free shipping. Check Target and Walmart has it too... Hi TXsT - Melatonin...its all natural and it works wonders. You can get it at any pharmacy or stores like Target. I have never experienced a drug hang over from it ~ it just helps sleep come (and stay) naturally. Google it for more info. Blessings and Sweet Dreams :) Healer My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 81 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,857 Amount Saved: $376.65 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 14 Mins: 5 Seconds: 33

TXst - I'm so sorry that you are having a hard time sleeping. I did too for a while into my quit. I ended up going to bed early and taking a tylenol pm. It seemed to work and I didn't feel groggy when I got up in the morning. Can you take a nap when your 2 year old goes down for his/hers today? Does he/she go to bed at an early hour? Maybe you can too - but I would definitly suggest a tylenol pm.
