Don't make any big decisions right now! Your going through a lot and just don't do anything you may regrest when the fog lifts! He may not be "the one" but at least give it some time since you are going through all this! This is my opinion...I think its worth a thought!
STAY STRONG, it gets better

Dear Nascar and smokingsux
We are here for you!!
Hang in there!
You are both still in HELL and HECK weeks. These are the hardest days!
Once you get past them it gets easier day by day.
Read posts and post to us.
Drink lots and lots of water.
I really liked cinnamon sticks to chew on. You get get them cheap at the grocery store in the spices isle. Other quitters use liccorice and straws.
And a mantra......repeat over and over again........smoking is bad, quitting is good....smoking is bad, quitting is good. smoking is bad, quitting is good...........smoking is bad, quitting is good. or words that inspire you.
It helps you get through the 5 minutes..........thats all you need 5 minutes at a time.
Take Kare and Stay Strong.

Sux, you have to remain positive about your quit and you relationship, just take things day by day, whatever you do you cannot give up - on anything. Wait until things settle down a bit before making any decisions. he may not be the one, after all only 1 is the 1 - if you get what I mean. So make sure you make a rational decision and with a clear head.
We are not counsellors, but please do not resort to something that will not help one bit.

Hi Sweetie,
Yes, you don't want to make any major decisions right now. Give yourself time cause your body plus brain plus emotions are going through some major changes. It is difficult, this whole quitting thing, but you will be enjoying the rewards in no time and can then decide on you and your boyfriend's future.
Hang in there!

OMG, smokingsux!! Listen to NascarFan. No decisions like that right now.
Maybe what you need to do is to just get away by yourself for a while, at least as much as life will let you. Your on a roller coaster that you have little control over and you need to let it run its course.
Breathe deep, don't make any major decisions, and just focus on getting through one more week. A week isn't very long regardless of how it feels. Stay close and post often. Many have found that just typing things out is very theraputic.
You will feel better. You will get through this.

This site - you folks are awesome. I am not posting much these days as I deal with my Alzheimers Mom - but I am once again touched and amazed at all of the caring and good advice here.
