Your on a roller coaster that you have little control over and you need to let it run its course. Breathe deep, don't make any major decisions, and just focus on getting through one more week. A week isn't very long regardless of how it feels.
Take some deep breaths and remember that all this we are going through is normal ... it is part of the process. Besides doing what we have to do ... like work and stuff ... try not to do anything else except for things that are positive toward your quit. Anything that is lifechanging besides your quit should be set aside if possible for the moment. We are not totally ourselves right now ... and it is ok. It is ok ... it is going to be ok. Glad you posted Mira. Glad you guys made up. Glad you realized it is your mood that is 'off' and not you. Glad your resolve is still strong. Glad you made it through another day! Thanks guys. Tears are flowing down my face right now. I have been with my BF for a year and thought he was the one. Now, I am starting to think otherwise. I just sent him an email telling him so. I am so tired. I wonder if I am being crazy. I don't want to smoke and I want to quit everything else. Like life. *I don't want to kill myself but I feel like crap. Hi Guys and thank you! Really, the support here is just wonderful. It makes me so happy to see I have ppl here who understand my insanity right now. I didn't break up with him. We fought when I got home. I got over it. He got over it. We made up. He is great. So nice to me. I am lucky to have someone who cares for me who is so patient with my wild mood swings right now. Thanks everyone for checking on me and giving me such great support. I feel great now. Of course, I didn't smoke. Smoking is not an option. I am breaking out a little on my face. I am constipated and gained some water weight I think. But I will live. The coughing stopped. I still don't sleep as long or as well. Perhaps I am sleeping better but I do keep awakening in the middle of the night. Life is good. Thanks again everyone. I hope not to be an evil witch tomorrow. We shall see. lol Mira :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/15/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 10 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 219 Amount Saved: $35 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 20 Mins: 19 Seconds: 50

Color me there! I'm right alongside you both, tugging pulling and lifting! Hey, ya know what I could do? My neice used to have a blast when I'd pick her up by one arm and one leg and swing her around yelling "SUUUUPERMANNNNNN RIDEEEEEEEE". How about I do that for Mira?! Consider it done! Superman Rides for Mira! Woo Hoo!!
