Hi everyone, time to get tough on myself, I've been quit nearly 6 months so I've got no excuse, the weight has just got to come off... I feel so lethargic and I have never been so short of energy.
For 30 odd smoking years my weight hasn't moved from 147 pounds, I am now 182 pounds and I'm setting a target weight of 154 pounds. I don't want to go to my smoking weight cos I was too skinny, (I'm 5 foot 9 inches) and I'm pretty proud of my Jay-Lo Ass!!
I'm hoping that getting acquainted with exercise for the first time in my life will do the trick. See you next Thursday for my first weigh in. Best regards, Lilly :)
