Hi there fullhse06!!!
When you quit smoking, your blood sugar will be out of control. For what reason, I do not know. There was a post that had the reasoning in it, so I will search and let you know if I find it. I know that nicotene did crazy things to our bodies, and the relationship it had with our blood sugar is scarey.
Keep eating. You will even have to eat more than you usually would. Making it healthy shouldn't be a problem with your blood sugar.
I will let you know when I find it.
