If those cravings or kicking your butt, stand up and kick them back harder - they don't like been told what to do and will try and fight back, but they are weak really compared to you and everyone else on here.
Keep close to this site and post often, read through the threads as we have all felt the same as you do right now.
Keep telling yourself you are smoke free, you feel great, that you can beat your addiction and soon those positive thoughts will be with you all the time.
