Congratulations to all of you who have made it 1 to 121 day etc. Be proud of yourselves and believe that you can continue to be a non-smoker. Good evening! I probally sound better than I feel and I will need all your support for a long time to come, but that does work both ways! I have been blessed with this day so far. I can honestly say its been alot better than yesterday. Ive felt really sleepy today though. Worst thing though yesterday my patch kept falling off due to sweating, it was really making me mad due to the cost and well you know they are my sercurity right now. I manage to get through that was and got out the super glue (just kidding). I went to the movies today with my family and it was nice to walk out of the theatre an not have to light up. Just want to let you all know the suger free Jolly Rancher are really really good! Well its dinner time, Ill be back! Welcome Julie, Sounds like you're determined-that's great. I love refering to myself as a non-smoker. In the beginning I also did alot of deep breathing and chewed big wads of sugar-free gum. A little crazy? I was big time nuts the first week. Sobbing with no sense of equilibrium. Join the club. Stay very close to this site. The folks who are in hell week too will give you company as you go nuts together. :p The folks who are further along the road will commiserate and understand and provide you with the tools and the wisdom needed to succeed. YOU with that attitude of yours will be the deciding factor, and from the sounds of it, you are well on your way. Best wishes! Hang in there. This is soooo worth it! JULIE RULES! Looks like you're beating the crap out of the nicodemon huh? I love that post about being nice on the outside and wanting to just explode in someones face on the inside. I feel that way most of the time! (I'm kidding) God, anyone who's quit can relate to that feeling I bet. Here comes the weekend Julie - Promise you wont smoke!
