Take some deep breaths and drink a lot of water. Anxiety is one of the withdrawal things I went through. Deep breaths, stretching and finding something to occupy my mind and my hands was always helpful. Keep telling yourself what an awesome job you are doing. You are half way through hell week! You are doing it. 3 days is AWESOME!
