Aekvall, I made my 7 day mark and wish to congratulate you on yours. You made it 7 days, which means with all you been through, the rest of your life will be a cake walk on not smoking (this I know will happen for me too). Congratulations and welcome to the rest of your life. Hi Ann Congrats on 1 week. CELEBRATE..We raised 5 boys and 2 girls all going through the teen years together....now that is hell week...week after week after week. I'm just greatful that I'm still alive.....Just think there are many non smokers raising families that have a multilude of problems who manage through diferent situations without puffing away. YOU ARE NOW ONE OF THEM. A smoke will not change any situation and you still have to resolve the issue. Now you can manage these days SMOKE FREE....rejoice....you can do it!!!!!! on 7 days - fantastic Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
