Hubby needs a hug for being supportive. So many spouses just think you should be able to just set them down and walk away. He may not understand, but at least he's appreciative of what you're doing. That's just super! :)
I remember, vaguely, of dealing with the habit part, too. Didn't really [u]want[/u] a cig, it was just time for one. You'll get through it. Everytime you want one and don't have one, that weakens the association between that event and smoking. Eventually, that association will be broken. Just be patient, it will come.
