How ya doin', Milaya? Are you on IM with Quitter? Too bad I can't have it here at work (IT people would skin, tar, and feather me). Shevie

No mind reading. Been there, done that. Start on the cheap stuff that chews easy. Throw pillows? Any upholstery that needs replacing anyway. Once your done with those, then move to the wooden parts. If you split them just right you'll end up with toothpicks that are real good for getting the strings out of you teeth.

Drink water. You've already found that helps. Just remember, you are going through nicotine withdrawal. Any smoking will just prolong it. Better to just do it and get it over. Start on the cheap furniture first. :) Shevie My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/23/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 329 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,596 Amount Saved: $1250.2 Life Gained: Days: 61 Hrs: 11 Mins: 42 Seconds: 30

Hi, Milaya. Hang in there. It passes. Just stay here, post, read, eat furniture until it does. N.O.P.E. How are you doing?
