Luci-Lou,
Something may have triggered your crave. I know when I am at work there are things that will trigger me every so often.
Can you take an early lunch or just go on a 15 minutes break, go outside for a brisk walk or just go sit outside and breathe the fresh air and close your eyes and relax? If there is ANY escape from your office wherever you are right now, go do it! Move yourself OUT of wherver you are, into a good place in or out of your workplace, maybe have a snack and check out some inspirational websites, or listen to online radio...there are a few things I have done in that respect and will get me relaxed and the foucs OFF the smoke.
Whatever you do, don't light up.
You are MUCH stronger than that!!!
STAY STRONG!!!
Many Blessings,
Eve
