The old fashion Listerine. Even though I'm in the beginning of my quit I asked my doctor about this. My throat has been bothering me. He said to use listerine. If it's too strong add a little water to it but using it full strength is best. Once a day will kill any germs and if you're starting to get sick it will help. I'm on day 24 and NOW my throat starts to hurt! It feels lik eit did when I smoked. You know, scrathcy. Anyone have non-medicine relief for this? I assume it's normal, right?
