A Danger Zone Story

D and Milaya and Duckie...looks like we're all tied up so to speak LOL. Thank goodness not in knots! Well I am glad that my words of distraction could cheer you folks up. Duckie chimed in with me and we started a laugh riot it seems. I was thinking about how good it felt to be on here and just venting off my day here. Now I really love to write and have written articles and stories so I like to play with my posts too, I have my own little showtime fun with myself when I decide to make a story or play out of it. After I posted this I read it over and it actually cracked me up too. I am so grateful I can laugh atmyself and my own nutty eventful days. It actually really helps me to do that too, to get really creative with my writing, it seems to be some kind of therapy for me and it is really enjoyable for me to do, AND it keeps me thinking about the writing and not other oral fixative stuff LOL. I am also very grateful to you all who stepped in and supported me in this horror show I call my life lately. Last night I did not sleep so I read and posted all night. I officially konked out at about 8am this morning. Thank God for that roulette wheel. I wonder if I play again what will it say> *spins the wheel....'go color some easter eggs!' oh man. now I gotta go get some eggs!! 0_0 Here's to our non-chain-smoking *chain*!!! Many Blesings And Many Thanks, Eve :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/8/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 6 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 55 Amount Saved: $18 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 14 Mins: 2 Seconds: 31

LOL Milaya--that's just like me when I say (and I can never get it right) "I have to put tires in my air". LOL. I saw a bumper sticker recently that says, "It's time to pull over and change the air in your head!" LOL- Ok I think I will add the "clean" bumper stickers that I really enjoyed here for a morning chuckle :) -Beat rush hour, leave work at noon -Bipartisanship: I'll hug your elephant if you kiss my a** :) -Horn Broken Watch for Finger -I'm not a complete idiot, some parts are missing -I Haven't Lost My Mind, It's Backed Up On Disk Somewhere. -I need someone really bad. Are you really bad? -If you can read this, I've lost my trailer. -Jesus is coming look busy. -My other car is also a piece of junk -This Is Not An Abandoned Vehicle and my absolute favorite one: THE EARTH IS FULL GO HOME LOL!!! I hope at least ONE of those put a smile on your face today!!! MANY BLESSINGS!!!! Ok Eve & Duckie, now that I have peed my pants from laughing so hard, I had to respond, I soooooo get it, I am feeling all of those things you are nad OMG when will it stop? My head keeps trying to justify smoking, I mean look at Dana Reeves, died from lung CA, never smoked, terrible shame, other people smoking for their whole lives & living until 95!, I then start to think that people are already pre-determined to get whatever diseases they get. Do I sound nuts or are you with me? Eve, I feel ya on the 35yr old changes, I'm 34 but some days really 54 & others 24...love those days...I can't sleep very well, I think we have the same quit date, maybe that has something to do with it, not like it matters, I love the clicking of my nails on the keyboard too, it keeps my hands busy & they MUST stay busy or I'm in trouble... I have a quote on my desk that I might need to alter a bit, "Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming......WOW, WHAT A RIDE!!! We are now going for the healthy, preserved body that might actually be donor worthy.... Some guy at work yesterday asked if I wanted to go out for a smoke break, I told him that I quit but thanks anyways, he said "nobody likes a quitter", usually a light hearted joke would be ok, but not so much right now..... I luckily used the filter from my brain to my mouth when I thought, nobody likes an as*@@# either but here you are... Good for me....keep those nice thoughts about others in my head until the crankiness wears off....can you guys tie me to the end of that rope & drag me along with, I just don't like this ride alone.... Hang in there, you guys are doing great & keeping me doing ok too, you don't know how much reading all of this helps, well, maybe you do..ok, I'll stop my babbling now....sorry

OH MY!! I ahve done the exact same thing!! I told my hubby this morning, thru tears, "Jeff...I need your help. I used smoking as a reward or right before a huge task to tackle. I clean the house, and afterwards, I would smoke. *insert cuss words here* Pick up your mess!! Stop making a bigger one for me to clean up!! I have to continue w/ my quit. I want this &*&*&*@(*$(!!! off my BACK!!!" Afterwards, he looks at me and I talk myself out of a smoke. I walk to the kitchen to fix a piece of toast and I say to him, "If you do not help / support me, I am going to go NUTZ and I will take YOU with me." His reply was, "Ok Honey...anything you want honey..." *flops on floor in pure exhaustion" :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/4/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 10 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 83 Amount Saved: $20 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 21 Mins: 51 Seconds: 50

You should see what my eyes look like. I look as if I could play the lead of the living dead. My body wants to get up and go BUT my mind is playing catch up. UGH. I am waiting for the local squirrels to kidnap me and then label me as being nutz ;) Perhaps that is why a few weeks back, they were tossing peanuts at me? *thinking really hard* I wonder if there is a hidden compartment where I could detach my brain from my skull, and then let it detox w/o me? *cheesy grin* TY for the congrats :) YOU too!!! Idea: Let's tie ourselves to a rope...this way we can drag each other all over the place. *big grin* Yes?
