Hi Kendall,
First, Welcome and you have come to a wonderful support group and have made the best decision for YOU. I am almost at 1 week and my 16 is my biggest cheerleader. I sat her down and spoke to her when I did this, and she even looks at my meter. She has gone through the moody days with me, and she will just walk away and say, your having a craving moment drink your water, do your crafts, I will be back in 30 minutes. Let your son know that you need his support, it does make it easier.
First, make sure you do this for you, your health and for you to feel better. Then everything else will fall into place.
-Go for Walks instead
-Drink plenty of water
-Pick up a hobby, crafts, reading etc
-Excersie
-Take a deep breath!!!
You can do this, Each Day is a New Smoke Free Day
