Cuddles,
I want you to post that meter! It serves 3 purposes. #1 - if you don't post it, some of us will think that maybe you've slipped again. #2 - it helps those of us who are trying to help you know where you are at in your quit... it's hard to keep track of everyone on this site, and the advice that a lot of us give is different depending on where you are in your quit. That, and it helps us remember your anniversaries too! :) The third function is that it helps YOU see the progress you're making. I know right now, seeing a single diget can be frustrating, but we call all watch that meter grow together. And it WILL grow!!!!!!! One day at a time! This is a quit to be proud of Cuddles. Yes, I know how hard it can be coming back from a relapse, and frankly, there are times that I STILL lament my lost quit... but it's also something to motivate you too. Knowing what it feels like to have to start over is one of the things that has kept me from smoking anymore.
Cuddles, here's what I want you to do. Download a meter onto your computer. It might not work to download the one from this site because it might interfer with your meter here... I downloaded silkquit. It's free. On that meter, put your old quit date and celebrate those milestones too! That has REALLY helped me immensely!! Cuddles, you can do this! Just don't ever give up on yourself!
Crave the Quit!
