Hi Ron,
I'm on Day 6 and am right there with you. Old NIC seems to be relentless today! Deep breathing, distracting myself any way I can, drinking water and getting up from my desk to go and talk to someone for a few minutes has been helping me.
If you haven't done so already, might I suggest sitting down and writing a list of all the reasons why you want / need to quit smoking. First, it will give you something to do for a while to keep you busy and secondly, it will help to reinforce those reasons and hopefully, give you some new strength and resolve to keep going.
You're twice as far along as I am!! Be proud of that! It took a lot of strength to make it thru these 12 days... you don't want to start over!! Hang in there... Be strong and let us know how you're doing later today.
Post again and again if you need to. We're here for ya!!
Hyriel
