Hi Potchy!!
I am in basically the exact same situation you are! How fun eh? We quit on the same day, by the way.
I have been having very low cravings, and those I have had I can deal with pretty well (So far, mind you!)
However, I haven't had a decent nights sleep in over 3 weeks.
I've heard it's just something we are going to have to deal with. I tried taking Tylenol PM, it did nothing for me.
I am going in for a sleep study as recommended by my doctor. It might be worth talking to yours about as well.
However, from everything I keep reading and I've heard, for the immidiate future I am just having to accept that I won't get a solid nights sleep.
Anyways, if nothing else I hope that hearing someone else is right there with you might make things a little easier!!
