Cigarettes Not Smoked

Don't feel bad about that. I think in the beginning of our quit we all are to a certain degree. But even though the subject of smoking is on your mind, that doesn't have to stop you from being positive, and it seems like it hasn't with you. You have 1/2 the battle won right there. When the nicodemon starts trying to talk to me, I imagine that I am giving him a royal a$$ kickin'! I tell him to go away he is not welcome here. I'm a non-smoker and that means I DON'T SMOKE! He never lasts for more than 3 minutes at a time. Yeah! Thats the way to do it! positive mental attitude is what it is about. Why on earth should we regard giving up smoking as a horrible mightmare? we should look on it as breaking free from an addiction that consumes our lives (literally in some cases) and therefore be pleased that we are ridding ourselves of it. Keep positive at all times! to SSC - You have a great attitude Dont be afraid to post when you need help!!!! Some times it is really hard not to whine, sometimes it helps Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
