Thans everyone for the support. I quit because I had a bad chest infection and thought I could stay stopped but it was not to be. Next time I will prepare with your help because I didnt prepare the last time. I am on holiday in Cornwall for a week from Friday and will do my best to come back. I will keep reading the messages on the forum. I smoked today and I am gutted. I just couldnt cope with the symptoms this time. I have had real stress, my wife died on Jan 19th and I have moved house (which we were doing anyway) On top of that I have been very ill for several weeks. I have to try some other time. Thanks for the support.
